Pizza


Dawn’s perfect pizza crust!
1 envelope baker’s yeast, a little salt, a little sugar, dissolve in warm water until bubbly, about 5 minutes, add enough flour to where the dough stats to come away from the sides of the bowl and form a ball, maybe a pound or so, let rise two hours or more. Roll out very thin and place on greased baking sheets, folding edges over for crust if desired.
